what would you look for?
any faults?
do you think it would do okay recording loud noises like gigs?

Any player wit recording features are normally gd at recording quiet noises but a loud one like agig maybe too loud but try this website for a cheap mp4 player under £35 it's where i got my one from and there ace www.shop4usb.com .
