You could be omnipresent without being omnipotent. Just becuase one is PRESENT doesn't make them all-knowing. Of course, it would seem that to be one you would have to be the other, but technically they are separable.

A truly great question. It seems to me that the issue is whether there must be an "Omnipotent being". That is to say what are the attributes that need to be present to meet the definition of a "being." It seems to me that, in our post earthly existence, we will be a spirit that retains some aspects that differentiate us from other spirits. This aspect of individual distinctness may not be present in God. While difficult to imagine it may be that God is a creative force consisting of pure energy without any aspect of the individual "being." I must admit that I am never comfortable with saying "I think x and I believe y." However, my questions to the Holy Mother on this point have not as yet yielded a complete answer. Consistent with my previous experiences the lack of an answer is likely because the Holy Mother has determined that my developmental level is not at a point that I can fully understand the true answer that she would provide. What she has told me; however, is that there are a series of post earthly life states of being that are progressively less "individualized", but also more powerful in terms of the ability to share in supporting creation. In other words there is a continuing evolution from being a "body bound" and consequently less powerful being to becoming an energy source for creation. In addition, we as spiritual beings, have an ever expanding set of responsibilities to assist other spirits (The Holy Mother calls then our "community of souls") who are still more individualized and consequently less powerful as we ourselves move through these states of being.

Yes.

By definition if one is omnipotent (all powerful) then one must also be omnipresent, being able to be every where at once.

Of course not.
Every omnipotent being has the power to be not-omnipresent.

~~~ cement ,,,,"omnipresence" is merely one of the abilities of "an Omnipotent being". However by your limited question, in theory, one can "assign" an omnipotent being without this "ability". But the word "Omnipotent" infers that this being is ALL Powerful and without limitation.
