Are you sure you didn't mean to ask when life begins? There is only one time when you are "born" and that is when you leave the womb.

You are BORN when you are delivered out of the womb, hence the term "birthday" - the day you are born. When life begins is a whole other subject and probably more appropriate for the religion/spirituality sections. Some believe it is at conception, others belief life begins at birth, still others somewhere in between conception and birth
