i write in my diary to vent out my frustration...listen to music and sometimes go shopping...it usually helps...if not, a slice of cheesecake might do the trick.

a lot of human beings around this time of 12 months are depressed. it is from easy deprivation. What I do is positioned on some good music look at photographs of my final holiday take a warm tub watch a comedy or only count quantity all the flaws that i may well be grateful for (my in demand issues) additionally now and returned tanning or easy scientific care works too. (that's a diet D factor) Now at my age i don't have problems with melancholy like i take advantage of to because of the fact each morning i'm so satisfied that I honestly have one extra day (existence is a contemporary we only would desire to truly realize it and revel in it daily!)

First of all stop eating.In the future you will get upset with how much weight you have put on.

To make myself feel better, I take a hot water bath, turn on some candles, give myself a pedicure and a manicure, do my hair and pamper myself. I know how it is especially if you have kids. You should always find sometime for yourself.

Ya know....I approach everything in this way....Take any situation in your life that comes up and find a positive in it. It is not hard to do. For instance....I lost my job, The positive is....I have my life, my family, my kids, my health....and there are tons of jobs out there. We are tougher than we know sometimes.
Stay positive in your life 365 days a year and you can get through any curve ball that is thrown your way.

i used to eat when i felt sad. now i have gained a lot of weight. so this is what i do, whenever i feel sad, i dress up in fancy clothes or go out for a walk. either way i wont gain any weight. you can do that too.
