No, it is not possible. Mollies are livebearers and tetras are egg layers. Plus they are two totally different species.
Although male livebearers (the mollie is one) will try to fertilize anything that swims close to them it only works with female mollies in this case.
Buy a couple female mollies to keep him company and you will have baby mollies in about a month.....and then forever.
You do know that mollies are brackish water fish and need a certain amount of salt in their water. Typically about a teaspoon per gallon of water. The white skirt tetra will tolerate some salt but you shouldn't put in a lot. Maybe one tablespoon per five gallons of water. That would be much better for the mollie and acceptable for the tetra. Use aquarium salt from the fish store, it has minerals that regular salt does not.
Remember, salt does not evaporate, so only add salt at that ratio when you do your weekly partial (25%) water changes. Water changes are the single most important thing you can do to keep your fish healthy and happy and your tank disease free.
Good luck!

Sounds like you got a hardy tetra there! They do need 'friends' or a school in order to be happy otherwise they will be constantly stressed. Tetra's should really be in a school of about 6+ and in a tank of about 15-20gallons+ with a filter and a heater. They can live to get about 10years old if taken well care of, I'd say you should work towards upgrading its tank and getting a small school. Goodluck

It's possible he is interested, but they have completely different mating styles. Molly can and will mate with any live bearer (mooly, guppy, platty/sword) , but won't produce offspring. Swordtail, and platty on other hand can mate with each other. (In fact most platty, and swordtail in the aquarium trade are hybrids to some degree.)

Nope.
Sorry.
They are completely different types of breeders.
Think of it this way... my cat is "inlove" with the left foot on one of my piggy house shoes.
The cat is extremely FOND of the house shoe but it's a doomed romance.
And alas, I am out of a house shoe.
