Okay, I have a pretty mixed up family, I mean it is a interacial family from my great-great-grandmother down to my nieces and nephew, and the thing is I have seen a lot of different color eyes, my grandfather had these eyes that looked like a hazel color one moment then a gold color the next, but there is one thing I have never seen until today that is, is an woman of color with blue eyes, and I am just wondering if they were contacts, you know the color contacts. Because when I saw these eyes, they were on a t.v comercial.

If I am not mistaken it is very rare but not impossible. I have known of one little girl who is black to have blue eyes. She too is from a very mixed background. As you may know, most babies are born with blue eyes but within a week or so they Will change to green, gold, hazel etc. That little girls eyes might still turn to a blur green or something, they may not. Most black people that I know or have known have brown or green eyes but blue is not impossible.

Yes occasionally blue eyes are seen on a person of color. I studied genetics in college. It is possible.

Yes it could be possible . .Actress Vanessa Willams has got beautiful blue eyes . .what about the couple who had a white and black baby. It is very possible, it is based on genetics.

Yes, but its wouldn't be common, its probably recessive gene that would cause blue eyes on black person, only would happen in rare cases

Yes it is possible. The gene for blue eyes is not race specific (although mostly seen in caucasians, you said your family was very interracial).
