No NFL teams since the early 90s have held open tryouts. The only football teams that hold open tryouts nowadays are Arena Football.

I hope you can bench press 450+ and run a 4.4-4.6, or don't waste your time trying out. To make a team, ask yourself if youd be a top 5 player on a team like USC, Notre Dame, or Miami, if not you have no shot at making it. cThere's a reson thes guys are pros, they're the best athletes in the world. Olympic caliber most of the skill position guys.
