I use organic coconut oil for everything!! My face, body and hair (before washing). I use a VERY small amount on my face and work it in well and then put my regular moisturizer on top (I´ve been using Avon's Anew Creams for older skins and like it much more that the really expensive stuff in Dept. Stores). To avoid the shine, use a light dusting of power (Maybelline is excellent and inexpensive and doesn't crease) all over my face with a good (big) brush. Good luck!

My favorite products are from Clinque and can be found in any department store. They are quality hypo-allergenic products that don't cost an arm and a leg. They have a great repairing moisturizer called, Repair wear that would be fabulous for your skin. It is extremely moisturizing for very dry skin and it also contains an anti-aging and repairing complex for skin. Any woman over 40 should be on an anti-aging and repairing moisturizer, around $50.!! Superdefense by Clinque is also fabulous and it is around $35.

A great moisturizer is Olay Daily face moisturizer. It comes in sensitive skin, and oil free too! Another great one which isn't oil free, but it makes your skin matte instead of greasy is by Johnson adn Johnson, and it is called "Morning Glow". It comes in a white bottle with an orange pump on the top. Morning glow is about $4, and Olay is about $10. Also, Morning glow adds a little sparkle to your face too, and it has SPF 15! My personal favorite is Morning Glow, but they both work great!

if you want to go natural, try a little almond oil, you need so little to make a difference!

Why not look at some of the Avon products, this is not your mum's old Avon, thier quality has improved over the years...

They have some fine product that doesn't break the bank, plus, you can return it if it doesn't work for you!

I swear by Philosophy's Hope In A Jar. It's $40 but a little goes along way. Trust me it's sooo worth it. Go to Philosophy.com or QVC.com

Hello,

Cold-pressed castor oil or virgin olive oil will work well for you (at nighttime only).

During the day, wear virgin coconut oil.

You can buy these oils cheaply in a health food store. When I began performing the above, when I had dry skin, the condition ceased in a few days.

Dietary change:

You may want to consider eating a lot of kiwis for breakfast.

Hope that helps.
