Most likely. If you are doing this on company time, it's the same a stealing, because you are getting paid and not doing your work.

yes we have had serveral people to get fired for staying on the computer-your stealing company time.

Yeah you might. Our computer at my old job had some kind of sensor on it and they could tell if we were on sites we shouldn't be.
