Compared to people from East Asian cultures, those from individualistic Western countries are more likely to demonstrate:
A conformity.
B ingroup bias.
C ethnic stereotyping.
D the fundamental attribution error.

The answer is D.

Reason:

The Fundamental Attribution Error is when you overly emphasize intrinsic characteristics of a person, and demphasize situational/environmental factors when observing a particular behavior exhibited by that person.

People in Western/Individualistic cultures see themselves and others as autonomous, where behavior must be derived from elements within the person separate from his/her environment.

People in Eastern/Collectivisitc cultures see themselves as part of a huge matrix that consists of themselves, their families, others, and the environment. People from Eastern cultures attribute the etiology of observed behavior of other people to elements found within this environmental matrix (i.e. situation factors are the cause of the observed behavior).

Not sure if this is a mulitple choice question or if those were all correct answers. I will answer to what I think defines Americans most with one choice

A. Conformity

We as Americans tend to not want to be out of place and fall into one form of conformity or another. No one wants to be an outcast therefore we follow others rather than lead. There is a reason why females think they need to be 110 pounds to be attractive and diet in strange manners to be like "those supermodels". You won't find this in other coutries such as China and Japan and other Far East Countries. It's a sad thing, but definitely true

I'm going to go against the grain and say D. As we are individualists who are out for our own interests, we are largely susceptible to making the fundamental attribution error in the interest of making ourselves look better. Those in more communal cultures are not nearly as vested in their own images and so have less reason not to see things as they are in such a situation.
