Very good question! I would pick a house, for myself and my family. My hubby and I have been renting for eight years, and now with a daughter(she's three years old), we're really looking to buy a house somewhere and possibly move from where we live now, so it's a good time for it. The problem is, of course, what most people's problem is, and that's that we just can't afford one yet. But we'll get there :)
