Well ask her to explain to you what you supposedly do. Then she should be embarrassed at giving you a true description of what you did and you should be able to corner her and tell her that all of this is a lie. She probably would have liked that you really did something to her instead of falling asleep on the couch like a drunken veggie.

How do you know that you didn't do anything you were asleep too? Maybe when you both fell asleep and trying to move around to gets comfortable on a couch. Something touch something else and she may have felt it thinking you were trying to do something.
However, there no way really convince her otherwise. So I wish you luck to smooth it over her. .. :-(

well,,he who protest the most has something to hide.........that's an old saying,,,,,,,,I'd leave it alone and not try to push it on her ..you've already told her you didn't and that should be it..she should trust you if you 2 are a twosome anyways...so let it be and give her sometime to think about it....do not buy her anything to make her feel better because it'll look to her as if you're trying to buy HER,,,,

Simple, should not be sleeping or living with opposite sex if not married to them. Where have the morales and standards gone?
If married, least you could say that's what spouses do.

Make up some story, tell her that when she was asleep you implanted a computor chip in the back of her neck and that if she doesn't shut up you'll activate it and then she become your sex slave

Tell her you don’t know what she would like you to have done to her and promise to do it next time in a similar situation.
Smile while you tell her.

Have you ever taken advantage of her when she was asleep or drunk before? Maybe that's why she suspects you now?

If you honestly didn't do anything and she can't trust you - ditch her. Sorry, but trust is very important in a relationship - and so is honesty.
