A psychiatrist since he/she can prescribe Ridelin if necessary...a psychologist cannot prescribe anything.

A pychiatrist......they can help you deal with your add better than a pyscologist. They can help you by providing you with the necessary treatments. Go online and research the different medications available for adult add. Good luck

A psychiatrist is more expensive, is a medical doctor, and can dispense drugs. Psychologists work more with talk therapy and are sometimes associated with MDs who can prescribe meds.
