In the Xmen, in the third movie, Jean killed Cyclopes, so does that mean she didn't really love him, but loved Logan?
Cause in the end when she got mad and was destroying everything around her on the island, and Logan was climbing up to her, and he said he would die for her, and her good side showed up and said "Save me", and that happened with Logan, not Cyclopes, does that prove that she loved Logan more then Cyclopes?
She could have just killed Logan there in teh end just like she did with him, but she didn't!

First It's a movie. Second the Phoenix is not an alien it is jean's other personality. Third cyclopes didn't have a chance because he didn't even know about the phoenix part of Jean and that's why Logan lived because he knew he was dealing with multiple personalities so he knew how to manipulate her. Cyclopes could have done the same if he had known!! I think she loved both of them but was committed to Cyclopes.

In the comics, Phoenix was a clone of Jean that had all her thoughts and emotions. The only thing that kept her from killing everyone was her love of Scott first and foremost. (There were other factors, but I'm trying to keep this short.) She would never harm him. In fact, the original Phoenix was only stopped after Xavier pinned her powers down slightly and for a short period of time and then she sacrificed herself to, again, save Scott and the rest of the Xmen. The movie version was pretty much way off but made for a very cool effect.
It should also be noted that, in the comics, Wolverine had 2 different times he could have dropped Phoenix and ended it. Even after she had eaten a star and killed 5 billion lifeforms he could not finish her off. Again... a little different from the movie.

I really don't understand why. I think she loved Logan than Cyclopes. I was really sad because i think cyclopes is pretty hot.

It wasnt actually Jean that killed them. The Phoenix is an alien that overtakeas Jeans body when she died. The only reason wolverine lived was because of his abdamantium(s/p) and healing factor, of course she could have killed him but part of Jean is still in the Phoenix
