Baked Alaska,,that always surprises me,,how can some thing so cold be covered with some thing so hot and sweet,,i suppose it's alittle bit like putting a condom on,,if it's covered properly well little bits won't drip out,, oh dear talk about jumping from one subject to another..lol

Frequently. Having said that the best meals are where I don't follow a receipe, add a bit of this and that etc. and they turn out great. The only thing is when I am asked to do the meal again I can't know matter how much I try cos I can't always remember exactly what I used and how I created the concotion. Oh well, greatful that we have some food for our tums.

Yes, I made sushi for the first time the other day. The sort where you have to roll rice and filling into a long sausage shape and then cut into slices. I was well pleased and even the most picky of my family actually enjoyed it! Bonus.

yeah i make a mean hot spicy soup and my son decided to add some more hot chilli seeds,well i went mad thinking he ruined it but it was great till the next day had to open all de windows lol.
