Only a billion? I think the average human amasses that many throughout their lives. Occasionally you get the odd bod who has secrets like mass murder, but generally, that type of secret has been witnessed by one or two individuals who aren't going to keep their mouths closed for long.
Some people manage to take their secrets to the grave. Maybe you will be one of those. If you need peace of mind, own up. Clear your conscience and live a happy life.

Nobody's secrets are that bad. Maybe you could look at all your secrets and put them in the 20 most highest or the 50 also realy you cant have a billion and they cant be taht bad. Maybe you could tell a priest? or you could write them down.

Find someone you really trust, even if it turns out to be a stranger, and unload your secrets. Your secrets will do more to destroy you than letting them out and letting the chips fall where they may. You have become a SLAVE to your secrets---seek freedom instead.

write them all down and lock them all away in a box . out of your mind ,this could work , although it's more of a psychological approach

it depends who's secrets they are and how bad they are. if they're yours and they're not too bad, confide in someone you trust...actually do that if they're yours anyway.
if they're someone else's, you'd only be opening a can of worms if you told anyone, unless it's something really bad...like...well you get the gist
