They can also delete other answers when a question is reported. This may be what you mean.
I have had an answer reported when I reported the question. We both got deleted.
I have stopped answering questions that I intend to report, and I only report for serious epithets or slurs against specific users.

Hey really? This is actually not the first time I have heard this so I just stay away from the whole reporting thing all together. I have also been making a real attempt to not violate the TOS. The violation I got a few days ago was warranted, I was being a jerk and insulting other participants.

I don't know 'reportabuser'. But I can say that I agree that people who make 'false abuse reports' get rightfully punished. It only weakens the 'core group' of users, when people are falsely reported, then either leave this site, or get their account suspended because of a handful of jerks who 'falsely reported' them .
