If you are a female and you live in Wisconsin, stay in your house and go on a shopping spree because the support will be coming in real soon, and you will not know what to do with all that extra cash falling out of your new money tree. If you are a male, NO, you have no rights in Wisconsin, get out of the house, sell it so she can take all the money, and get a good paying job or they will make you pay back support or go to prison. Also get a good lawyer, spend about $12,000.00 on lawyer fees and hope that you get every other weedend visitation from 7:00 Friday night through 7:00 Sunday night. If you go with a cheaper lawyer, you may only get Saturdays and Sundays, or even worse yet, supervised visitation by non other than you guess who, Yes, That beautiful lady that you put in your life only to screw you over. That will be decided in court but i would tell my lawyer that I do want the house and make it clear you can make the payment and you want to stay for your child because this is the only home he has ever known. . Yes i bet he does want you to sell it cause he wants to see you down and dirty and wants nothing better for you . Well dont you let him get away with that . Stay strong and he will be sorry he ever left you. good luck and god bless and happy holidays.
