Who says they don't? Current government is very OK with PKK, which is a terrorist organization responsible for 30,000 deaths in our country, both Turkish and Kurdish origined. A very new court ruling in your country OKed PKK funding in your country. How much more tolerance would you like to see? How many more deaths is required for you to see that your country supports terrorism?

Because the terrorists want to kill them (and any innocent bystanders who have the bad luck to be around). You'd be surprised how many people are unwilling to let themselves be killed.
