First laugh, then tell other co-workers. We had I supervisor get caught by the owner, he got fired. (It was a daily thing for Mel, all the employees know about.)

Just one drop of super glue at the points where their shoes touch the floor or carpet works nicely. Be sure to be there when they wake up - yell 'fire' if it takes too long.

I would wake him/her up, take them something to drink, help them find something to do. Eventhough it is against every company policy, we never know why someone else is sleeping, they may have been up all night with a sick child.

Discretely wake them up and give them a cup of coffee or tea. I might also ask them, 'what's wrong? anything you want to talk about?' -- wouldn't want to see them get in trouble w the boss.
