For any kind of Videos there's YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/
To download videos from YouTube and any other site :
Get Firefox from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
And then install the Download Helper extension from https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/3006/ or this one Video Downloader https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2390
It works great for me.
Since the videos are in the .flv format you need to get a flv player. You can get a very good one (and completely free ) here http://www.download.com/FLV-Player/3000-2139_4-10505954.html?tag=tab_pub
If you want to convert them into another format ( mobile phone, iPods, psp, wmv, mp4...and anything else) use this awesome free program called Super http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html
Also you can use this site http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php and copy/paste the url's from the page with the video there but personally I'd recommend using Firefox
Firefox is the best !!!
And for movies, games, music.... and anything else use http://www.torrentportal.com/ and http://www.bittorrent.com/ and http://www.torrentspy.com/
To download from this site you need a torrent program like these :
BitComet http://www.bitcomet.com/ or
Azureus http://azureus.sourceforge.net/

How to Use Azureus to download Legal Torrents
I have been asked recently to post some instructions on how to use Bittorrent. Bittorrent is a protocol and you need to have what is called a Bittorrent client. There are many out there but I prefer Azureus. To download Azureus go to http://azureus.sourceforge.net/. Download and install the program like any other program. I also suggest download Peer Guardian, it is a peer to peer firewall. It helps block people from unauthorized access to your pc via Bittorrent protocol. To download Peer Guardian go to http:\\phoenixlabs.org/pg2/ .
Finally the most important step is finding the files you need. I do not condone downloading of copyrighted material. Bittorrent is a very effective tool for downloading Linux distros. However you will find alot of material from your searches. My favorite webite is www.piratebay.org .
Go to the site do a search and download the torrent link to your desktop. If it doesn't open up with azureus automatically, right click the torrent link you downloaded and tell it to open it with azureus. Your done the file should now start downloading. It will give you a status as to the download speed and percentage.
