Rudi Giuliani if he is the Republican nominee. We need someone tough on terror and who understands terrorism better than this guy? The South will support him if he chooses a conservative vice presidential nominee. I simply don't think Hillary, Obama, McCain, or any others have a clue about the most important issue of our time. If we don't fight terror effectively, nothing else will matter.
