There are offices that you can go to (I'm not sure of hte price) that will spin the sperm cells to seperate the "male" and "female" and then inseminate you. The sperm that creates one sex is slightly heavier. This is the only way to choose the sex of your child.

I read some different ideas. If you want a girl, this is what you do. You find out the day that your Ovulating then you have lots of sex 3 days before you Ovulate because they say that the girl sperm swims faster than the boy sperm. Then you stop having sex the day that you Ovulate. Now if you want a boy, you have tons of sex the day you Ovulate and then 2-3 days after you Ovulate too. I tryed the girl way but for some reason i wasn't getting pregnant that way. So started to get frustrated and I just had sex on my ovulation day and then i finally got pregnant. But good luck!!

Sperm containing "y" chromosomes (or male) swim faster than sperm containing "x" (female) chromosomes. "X"'s live longer though. So, although unreliable, scientific studies have determined if you have sex (which results in conception) before ovulation, your baby is more likely to be female. (all of the "y"'s have already begun to die before the egg reaches.) If you have sex after ovulation, the baby is more likely to be male because those sperm got there quicker. Make sense?

There are some old wives tales that might work. But I don't know if they work or not. You can try checking them out to see.
Good Luck.
