Yes I do but isn't it wonerful. We could be bored, lonely or in a state of depression. Then time would drag with a lot of unhappiness. I feel sad when I hear some one say they are bored. I have always set goals and been busy with the challenge of meeting each goal. I retired 10 years ago and I was wondering what I would do but I after retiring, I wondered how I found the time to work a job. At 71 I wonder how I'll get all I wan't to do in my life time done. I do feel this way all the time. For some reason I'm always about to say I'm 18 when people ask for my age and I'm 23 already. I think time starts to 'go faster' after 18. It's like the youth is gone by then and all the responsibilities come etc.. Cheers.

Certainly do - just wish I had the recipe to slow it down some as have so much to accomplish and so little time, that's why it's essential to make the best of every day.
To think as a child a week seemed forever - now am trying to organise a metric one.

Absolutely - just had a major op and doing lots of thinking whilst recovering. I am going to make the most of life when I am physically able again. Do you think we take it all for granted - then it's too late.

the illussion of time. as we age we expect more form life and the time we have.It pass ever so quickly as you look back instead of looking forward. As for the moment of excitment is a place in time one would like to get lost in.It is fleeting and impossible to substain. We lose our idenities in such places, thats why they seem so short and hard to remember.

yes, it tends to speed up as you get older. When you're younger a year just drags on and on and when you are, say, 10 then a year is one tenth of your life. Get to 40 and a year is 1/40th of your total experience of life and it is therefore 'smaller' in comparison - you have more years to choose from in your memory and therefore each year doesn't feel as long as it used to. Yes, when you stop and really think about it you realize just how short life really is.
One day you are in kindergarten and the next you have graduated and are working then the next thing you know you are old.
Life is short get all you can from it.
