They should be completely banned when EVERY race stops segregating themselves. Such as religous schools and all black. If ppl put more thought into the discrimination they bring to themselves we wouldn't live in a society that has as many barriers as this. And no, I am not racist.

You cannot ban a way of thinking. Although you may disagree with them, they have the right to believe what they want, just as you do. We cannot and should not be able to keep them from having organizations that preach hate against others, but we can and should stop them from putting their thoughts and words into actions. It is when those thoughts are acted upon and someone is hurt or killed that it becomes a crime and the law must step in

Absolutely not. Freedom of speech is a right, not an issue. They have it and as long as they are not committing violence or other criminal acts they are free to wear their stupid outfits they want and say whatever ridiculous things they want. Anti Klan and Nazi groups are free to speak out against them.

It may be hard to believe and harder for me to say this, but I don't think they should be banned. And I am not even thinking about the "freedom" of speech line of "reasoning." I live by the expression "keep your friends close and your enemies closer". I would much rather know what and whom I was dealing with.

There are a lot of groups that I don't listen to, or even want to know about, but I don't believe in censorship. Once you get started, where does it stop? Look what they are doing with the word GOD in our government now! Trying to censor it!

unfortunately no...it would limit the freedom of other people's right to gather too. All they can do so far it seems without putting other people's rights in harms way is the hate crime law..which is a start , but sad that we have to wait until something bad happens!

They can say what they want but when they take actions that hurt people they need to be stopped. This goes for any kind of group or gang that think it's okay to hurt people that are different from them.
