When you delete a file the actual data is still in storage possibly in many pieces. Any activity you do on the computer can overwrite this data. There are recovery programs that you can run immediately to try to get them back. Just the activity of trying to find one on the internet and downloading it will probably overwrite the data you are trying to retrieve. If you think you will be in the habit of deleting things by mistake you should install one before anything happens.

You can still recover files you deleted from the recycle bin. When you delete something from the recycle bin your computer writes that space on the hard drive as free space so when something new needs to be written it will write over that space.
If its not overwritten you can try http://undelete-plus.com

Data Retieval software.
Tons out there
But as in my other post on this topic, depends how long ago you deleted it.
If youve been using your computer and downloading and surfing and saving and deleting, well chances are you might have written over the deleted data.
However, say you misclicked yesterday, then yes if should be retrievable.
You in georgia -- send it here .. Ill retrieve it for you
I accept paypal
:)
