What is the name of this song?

It is the background music used on the Paul O'Grady show when they are advertising the cruise competition?
It is also used, I think, for the trailers for the BBC2 'Planet Earth' documentaries!

Yeh, it was Sigur Ros for Planet Earth. Thankyou!
However, the Paul O'Grady song is a different one! Sorry. Anyone have any ideas what it is? Sorry I can't be more accurate.

Meo Blodnasir by Sigur Ros was used for the trailers for the BBC2 'Planet Earth' documentaries. I am unsure if it is on the Paul O'Grady Show
