I have light skin with a bit of pink in it and brown-green eyes!

light golden bronzy looks. like you jus came back from the beach. use like a really good bronzer to add shine to yur face, and use natural make up such light natural colors on your eyes!! , and for an evening look use smokey eyez!

One of my best friends has fair skin and blond hair and I always find that light pinks, blues and greens look really pretty on her. But if you want to glam up for going out I'd wear golds and light browns! You're bound to look gorgeous!! Hope that helps =)

Bare colors, neutrals, and things like that, for mascara you might want to use like a brown, I wish you the best of luck.

I think it would depend more on your skin's shade and eye color than hair color.
