Lots of eye makeup and plastic surgery. Maybe a boob job while you are at it.

I used to work for a worldwide cosmetic company so I've learned the tricks of using makeup to create your face not cover it up. Well, for your blue eyes to stand out... use a dark brown or black, which ever your prefer, and line your under eyelid all the way, but for your upper eyelid.. only draw a line from the halfpoint to the outer corner of your eye. That will give an appearance that your eyes are bigger and your eyes will stand out more. And, since you have blue eyes, try to stay alway from blues or greens when selecting shades. Remember, contrast! Oh, and about your nose... thats the fun part because I used to do this on my nose. You can actually buy this at any counter (make sure its a good brand)... its a shadow definer. With this, you havef to make three lines on your nose... one going vertically down on the left side and on the right side... then one little horizontal one on the tip of your nose... then blend. Oooh, in pictures you'll see a difference.

Keep your makeup more natural. No one has naturally blue eyelids. A dot of a pale frost under the brow arch will open them up. A little mascara in a dark brown for daytime. Powder with a brush always, always to keep the make-up from looking caked on, brush a bit of darker powder in the cheek area and upward on the tip or underside of the nose if it's long and on the sides if it's broad. Don't be afraid to enhance your features, it's what keeps us from all looking alike.

They used to say to avoid matching your eye make-up to your eye color....but I don't think that is true now. My friend has deep blue eyes, and the other day she had on neutral eyeshadow, blue eyeliner, and blue-tinted mascara....hers eyes really stood out, and looked so pretty. I think brown shades of eye make-up make blue eyes stand out, also. And I'm sure you already know that wearing blue shirts will help them stand out as well. Also...consider different shades of hair. For instance, a chestnut brown wil contrast with you eye color, helping them to stand out, too!
As for making the tip of your nose appear smaller...I'd like to find out myself! I personally try to make the bridge of my nose appear a little more narrow by applying a light amount of blush to either side of my nose. I wonder if leaving your entire nose matte, will give it a smaller appearance? i hope you get a good answer!

I agree with using natural makeup. Grays, silver and taupe are good for blue eyes. If you have light blue eyes, Black makes them sparkle!
Minimizing any facial feature usually requires using a shading powder or creme. But these can come off during the day. If you don't mind using self tanner or going tanning (which will bring out blue eyes even more), I would suggest that.

Blue eye-liner brings out blue eyes a lot, same with blue eye mascara but that usually isn't favoured as much. I've got quite a big nose n all lol so I use my spiky hair to take the attention off it and it works lol. Not sure how you would would do this for a girl, but hope I could help a bit :)

use a soft eye shadow in browns. us a light pink blush. do your makeup light and soft. Making everything soft allows your eyes to pop. put eyeliner on lightly more on the top lid than bottom. your clothes can have a lot to do. some colors make blue pop too. yellows, orange, light-baby blue ...etc.
If you are goin to a club use blue eye shadow to make it fun and complement your eyes.
Your nose- put some blush on the tip a very small amount use light pink or a bronze.
***DO NOT MATCH YOUR EYE MAKEUP WITH YOUR CLOTHES... THAT IS A BIG NO!!!!****

Blue eyes will look bluer if you line the outside of your eyes with a violet/plum color of eye pencil. You can make the tip of your nose appear shorter by putting a subtle dab of blush on the end (just a dash or else you'll look like Rudolph the reindeer!).

Wear brown mascara and brown eye shadow but, not too dark, it really makes blue eyes bluer. Also wearing blue and purple tops that reflect in your eyes.I am not sure how to make the tip of your nose look a little smaller

if you have blue eyes, you should use dark brown mascara as black can be too harsh. a couple of layers of a decent mascara should work pretty well. buy the kind of mascara that comes with a double wand-like one white wand and one dark wand. apply the white mascara first and that makes your lashes longer and curly and then top it up with a dark colour for emphasis.
to make your nose look smaller dab foundation down either side of your nose and it should appear slimmer-just make sure the foundation suits your skin tone
hope this helps :D

LIGHTLT DAB your finger in a dark eyeshadow and dab it on each side end of your noes. Itll give the shading effect of a more smaller noes. use a light concealer for the tip. make sure its blended well. Damn if it doesnt work cause it does!
