Why do my Ipod/ripped videos become out of sync with the audio after I convert them to MP4/xvid/divx format?

sometimes upto as much as 10 seconds difference between video scene to audio for that scene totally unviewable.Please HELP!!!

happens to me too. if u can, under the video settings, change quality to same quality (as original)
