You can get it off of ebay with no questions asked. MY questions would be are you making bombs? Do you have a black powder gun? or are you trying to lower the male sexdrive?

They ask because they want to see your reaction. Large quantities of cash can be a sign that the driver is involved in crime such as weapons or drug sales. If they ask you, and you DO have large amounts of cash for this reason, you will react, whether you mean to or not. And by a large amount, they mean more than you would reasonably have based on your standard of living. If you're a high school kid with a part time job and have ten grand in your car, there's probably something hinky going on.

you can buy tree stump remover from home depot and grind it up into a powder and you have about 98% KNO3
it works well for most things

potassium nitrate is an explosive. It is used in making bombs. Hence you will be asked that question. Ofcourse it is a good manure to plants.

It also is used to preserve food and will be in short supply in a meltdown. He could be trying to protect his family, I don't think it is prudent to make politically correct assumptions here. That is cowardly, the courage comes from standing against the crowd.
