I was just wondering which one i am, i was born on Dec. 22 at 9:28 am?? i think they call it a cusp???

Go to www.astro.com and make a birth chart. Your sun could be in either location since it is the day that the sun changes signs. They do call it a cusp, but the above poster is right. You are either a Sagittarius or a Capricorn, you're not both.
However, you may have a Capricorn sun but have a lot of planets still in Sagittarius, making you feel more "Sagittarian." On the flip side, you could have a Sag sun and all of the planets have moved onto into Capricorn, making you feel more "Capricornian."
It all depends on your chart.

You are a Capricorn like me because the signs starts and ends on 12/22-1/19. However, there are two different personalities for Capricorns.

that's my dad's b-day and i think he's more Sagg than Cap because he don't have any of the traits. Plus I'm a Capricorn and I have just about every trait a Cap is suppose to have!!!
