On November 16th I started what I thought was my period it was really light and only lasted four days, I checked my cervix through out the whole time I was bleeding/spotting. My cervix was really high and sort of soft, and now it is November 29th and my cervix is really really high I can touch it kinda with the tip of my finger but not good enough to feel the texture of it. I took an ovulation predictor test and it came back positive that I was ovulating, but I am concerned about why my cervix has been high and has been getting higher since I started light bleeding/spotting. Anybody have any suggestions, opinions, ideas, ANYTHING. Thanks I appreciate all of your help

When you are fertile, your cervix is "SHOW."

Soft
High
Open
Wet

Soft - The cervix normally feels kind of like your nose. When you are ovulating, it will feel softer, more like your cheek.

High - It will be higher up and harder to reach when you are ovulating. Obviously a comparitive thing, so you have to know what it feels like the rest of the month to judge.

Open - Normally you'll feel a bit of an indentation in the middle of your cervix. When you are ovulating, it'll feel more like a small hole and you might even be able to insert your fingertip a bit. This is the os, or opening, to your uterus.

Wet - When you are fertile you'll have what is commonly refered to as "egg white cervical mucous." You'll have lots of CM and it'll be very stretchy, kind of like egg whites.

It means you are at your peak of fertility in your cycle. Your opk was right. When you are not fertile, your cervix will be low, hard, and closed. As you get closer to ovulation, it will get higher, softer, and more open. After you ovulate, it will get into the low position again.

Start charting your cycles. Fertilityfriend.com will help you.

i did not know any one checked their cervix. The only way you can be sure of what you are feeling is if you do this everyday. Iwould suggest you take your concern to a highly qualified doctor. They go threw at least 9 years of school to make the decisions you are making on your own.

a high cervix is REALLY good, it means that you are fertile, also that it is soft. you should try having sex now.

nicely, Christians look to think of that the government can create a stress-container or something that keeps "him" out of the faculties and different places. the two that, or "he" has no ability over only a sprint law. magnificent huh?

You are fine. It should be high unless you are pregnant or have had multiple pregnancies.
