Normally 300 to 500 lux. but up to 750 in some modern offices.

CIBSIE recommends 300lux for normal work, 500lux for close detailed work.
Offices usually about 350lux because the older one gets the more light one needs to see.
There are far more considerations of just the illuminance.
Glare index.
Percentage of light on walls and ceilings.
Average light levels.
