If black holes and wormholes ( sting theory counterparts from quantum physics) did not exist, then no one would be here to be asking or answering questions.
Worm holes, rabbitholes and parallel universe are the hottest topics in quantum physics today... and that's REAL SCIENTISTS, as real as they get.
Try this site if you are interested in what makes the universe tick....

see "Down the Rabbit Hole, Quantum Edition"
which explains in lay terms some very complex stuff.
If you like the complex stuff, then read some of the works of Niels Bohr and Stephen Hawking to get some background.

Worm holes are very much in alignment with string theories. Study the energy of vortex's and the points that exist unilaterally in the micro and macro existence of the Now. ie: no time space

Read a book, dummy.
A REAL book. By a REAL scientist.
Actually, don't bother, no real scientist would write a book about holes in time.

Depending on your background, might be a little over your head.
