I am 100% sure this is from the Walt Disney World Disney/MGM Studios in Orlando, Florida. In fact, I work there. It's hard to see in this picture...but behind the sorcerer's hat which you are asking about, is a replica of the Chinese Theater...inside the theater is the Great Movie Ride. That's where I work as a tour guide/gangster. I walk right by that hat every single day. Glad I could answer your question! Come visit us at the Disney/MGM Studios sometime!

That's at Disney-MGM Studios. The shop underneath it sells trading pins and pin accessories, hats and Mickey ears.

that is mickey's sorcerers hat, right in the middle of mgm. as you walk into mgm and look down hollywood boulevard, that is what you will see. it houses a disney pin kiosk
