Not sure I understand the Q entirely, but if I got it right... When you laugh, you loose some contoll. It happens to lots of people! There is something you can do though, since you are young. You know when you have to pee really bad? if you can't get to a bathroom as soon as you'd like you start to clench everything "down there". I know it sounds wierd, but you probably just need to excersise those muscles. When ever you are just sitting down, or driving, or whenever. Squeeze thos muscles for 3 seconds then relax, 3 seconds and relax. Do it every day for at least five minutes. You can do it as much as you want. But strengthening those muscles will help with the controll part. Also it will help preven t severe bladder controll loss when you get old!

Discharge Normal:
No unusual vaginal discharge is present though some discharge is normal
Abnormal:
A white, lumpy discharge that looks similar to cottage cheese may indicate a vaginal yeast infection. A greenish, foamy discharge that has a foul odor may indicate trichomoniasis. A thin, grayish white vaginal discharge with a strong fishy odor may indicate bacterial vaginosis (BV). The presence of many Gardnerella vaginalis bacteria on a Gram stain may indicate BV.

I am also 22- clear and white discharge is normal. during a womans ovulation time, which about 2 weeks before your period, women give off a larger amount of discharge. even on normal days discharge is normal. but if it is dark yellow or green that is infection. White and clear is normal

You have incontinance. Have you had any children? Otherwise a uroligist should be able to help you. This is pretty normal, dont be embarrassed. Your bladder is just a little weaker. Also if you have had a baby it is possible for your uterus to be pushed around and it can sit on your bladder(happened to me).

Don't panic. Does it change throughout your cycle? Sometimes clear sometimes thicker? Unless you smell a bad smell I think it's normal. My mom said it means you're really fertile. Don't know if it's true, but don't skip your birth control!

It's normal don't worry about it unless it smells very off. I know that sounds stupid but honestly unless it has a smell that smells infectious then it's normal discharge that a lot of women get (including me).
