Why Do People hate Paris Hilton...?

People say she is a w hore but its not her fault her x let out the tape. Peolpe say she has a wierd nose and should get it fixed but why should she? I think it's good that she has all that money and donn't get any surgery. And if you hate her so much, why go on about her. I thinks she seems ok.

I don't hate her, I think she's wicked! I completley support her, I loved the simple life. She isn't afraid of doing things that being as rich as she is she doesn't have to. She's great for charities, especially animal rights. And who cares if she has a sex tape - nearly every celebrity does now. If ppl dislike her so much why are they so obssessed with her. As ppl say "You know you're great, when ppl hate you for no reason". Go on Paris, you rock!

I dont follow the cult of celeb's, I'm not really of the Hello magazine generation. To me the interest in celebraties is frankly abit wierd & sad. There are much more important things in life.

However, I would have thought the reason people hate Paris Hilton is outwardly is obvious its simple, its called jealousy. She is young, pretty, slim, blonde, abit mysterious, excentric and fabulously rich, rich beyond most peoples dreams.

**I find Paris Hilton, quite a likeable character, she comes across as quite naive, very vulnerable & dreadfully insecure. To me its her vulnerability that makes her an attractive person. She appears to be incredibly desperate to be "somebody memorable" in the Hollywood Star sense of the words.

**it must be quite hard when you are that wealthy, what do you do with yourself and your life? when you can literally have anything that money can buy. Think about it, its NOT as simple as it sounds, its a real dilemma.

I would suggest its because the fame she "wants" has come easy to her as she comes from a very priviledged family background.

Music, acting, fashion, - full media coverage..... stars have usually gained their fame from having the special talent and ability to perform - and had to work their way to open doors by getting gradual nortice and aclaim for their work.

I think a few people have a grudge against Paris Hilton because all the opportunties to be involved in these areas were much more open to Paris Hilton - and she doesn't seem to excel in them anyway.

However she's not bad looking, and she's been prepared to get hands dirty on those road trip things with Nicole Richie... but generally I get the impression she's an upper class rich toff, who thinks she's aloof from normal people.

I have nothing against her. But I think the image she lets out is exactly the one you described. The things she does, the way she dresses, the things she says, etc, she is giving the press and the public motives to talk about her.
And quite frankly I think this is her plan. Nowadays only those that are polemic (like she is) appear on the newspapers and magazines. If she starts behaving like a choir girl no one will talk about her, or give a damn about her.

Because she is rich for doing nothing and we are not, but she thinks the world should bow to her greatness when she has done nothing except ben born. She should not be so dumb to allow herself to be taped when it is obvious that is worth loads of money if things go wrong because she is in the public eye. Because she is always stealing someone else's boyfriend, thinks she is better than everyone else, whines because Shanna beat her up, she don't have much sense from what I've seen on the simple life but I think that was just an act. If you were to try to be her friend whateva, I think she would put the hand in your face and tell you to go back to the trailer park you came from and you wouldn't like her either. Wanna Bet?

I think people hate her because she's her. She's a spoiled, rich, brat who gets off on stealing boyfriends, making fun of people, basically being a byatch and thinking all of that is okay. That's great she doesn't want plastic surgery but if that is the best asset she has, that is just sad!
