I mean seriously... Half of my life I feel like crap because of my menstrual cycle. The symptoms usually start 7 days prior, but then I am always 2-3 days late, and then of course their is the unpleasant part of the menstruation itself. I am so sick of feeling bloated, having sore breasts, being cranky and tired, etc. I can't wait until after menopause is over with!!! Does anyone else feel the same way?

How quickly do you suppose I could raise my hand in affirmation on this one? I've had my period for over 25 years and I am completely SICK of it!!!

As for how to manage your PMS symptoms, may I suggest checking out a homeopathic remedy called "PMS Formula" by Hylands? It really is useful for the bloating & achy/crampy feeling and it helps me with my breast tenderness.

Thanks for the smile....and you have my sympathies!

I think most of us feel that way. However there is several things you can do to prevent some of the discomfort. Birth Control is one (god sent if you ask me) I don't have the moodiness, or the extreme bloating, very rarely any cramping (if any its mild) the flow is very light and it only last for 2-3 days (panty-liner light). if your against BC then you can take Midol to help with the bloating, cramping etc and you can boost your mood by taking a B-Complex vitamin this will help with the moodiness. Hope this helps with your discomfort.

I totally hear you sister. My co-worker had read something medical off the net in regards to getting a procedure done that scrapes your uterus and therefore you only bleed for a few days only and the bloating and the cramps. I am not sure of the wweb site as my co-worker is not here at the present moment but I think if you start with www.medicaldoctor.com it should steer you in that direction.

I was recently watching TV and this commercial came on about symptoms like what you have. check out this web site.

It basically says that some women receives symptoms a week prior to their period and symptoms during their period and something like there could be a medical condition. I honestly haven't looked through the site yet. Haven't had time but like you, I sort of know what you are going through.
