I just heard that Vick got fined 10g's and wanted to know who gets the money.

maybe i did not make myself clear, i was talking about when they get fined by the NFL or NBA, I dont think they help build prisons.

IT may just go to the same place our little bit of money goes, into building more prisons and rebuilding streets etc., or possibly right back to the federal government.
