If you are like myself and don't like certain things such as losing scalp hair, excess body hair, body fat etc... do you think science is reaching a point where anything is possible regarding changing your appearance? For example, the lady who had the face transplant now looks almost normal (although she still has to take dangerous immune suppressants). In future (or even now), can we all look good or great? Have you had a cosmetic procedure you are happy with of late?

the woman had a face transplant because she was mauled by a dog and lost half her face- not due to vanity

We may have the ability to do just about everything to change our aging appearance, but do we really want to do ALL that is available. Not me.

The lady that had the face transplant lost her face in a horrid animal attack. That was not for vanity. Big difference.

I think it's sad that we are living in a time that stresses us out with the idea that if we don't do this or that we will look our natural age. How sad.

There are some lost causes when it comes to plastic surgery. Some people just don't know when to quit. See the link below for details.

Most people just can't afford it.

But when done right and in moderation, plastic surgery can have beautiful results--look at Angelina.

I've never had any cosmetic procedure, but lipo sure sounds nice sometimes.

Since perfect is subjective, I would have to say no.
