Any sex can have any name....
If a guy was named Kaitlyn he better be very strong as he is going to get a lot of flack. After he is bigger it may not be so much of a problem but I would feel sorry for a little fellow going to junior school with the name Kaitlyn.
Do you know the song by Johnny Cash..."A Boy Named Sue"????

Why not? Listen to the Johnny Cash song " A Boy Named Sue", then ask yourself why anyone would want to name a boy Kaitlyn.
