I am going to a party where the dress is "business formal". I bought a pair of black pants with shiny purple pinstripes and a sparkly purple sleeveless top. My concern is that I am going to be chilly with no sleeves. Any suggestions on what would look best over it to keep me warm?

A black wrap or "shrug" for over the shoulders would be nice, along with silver earrings.

A good idea would be a shrug. I would not do any more sparkles because you don't want to have too many sparkles. Go with a solid color and you could have three quarter length sleeves if you dont want to have long sleeves. A shrug will be good because they can be dressy and can be found in so many colors. You should probolbly go with an offwhite shrug because black might be a little too dark. Good luck!!
