Do you mean the web searches they save on their servers for their eyes only? You can't do anything about that. Once you submit a search to them it's out of your hands.

If you mean you're seeing your old searches in a drop down, then that's probably your browser saving those searches.

You'd have to elaborate on what browser you're using, and in some cases what plugins you're using. Below are links for Safari (in case you're on a Mac) and Firefox.
