We have been together almost 2 years. Mom and sister got along with me in the beginning but now they don't. They don't have a reason why but it feels terrible to be disliked for no reason especially by the one you love's family. What can i do to help / fix this problem without putting strain and tension on my relationship with my boyfriend?

Lady1 why not try and talk with the mother and sister and tell them how they make you feel and ask why you feel like they no longer like you. Hopefully they will be honest and let you know what it is that is bothering them and you can all discuss whatever it is in a mature manner. If nothing else they will respect them for approaching them and showing that you have some backbone. Besides that your relationship with them just might improve 100% if everything is put on the table. Best of luck to you.

Just stick strong in your relationship and carry on the way you always have. Maybe something is happening in the undercurrents but it could well be jealousy; sisters and moms can get very jealous when another girl steals the limelight and starts getting all of the love and attention. Maybe they are just starting to feel the effects of him starting to neglect them in favour of you (however slightly). Usually stuff like this passes in time but I have a friend who married an Italian guy and she gets absolute hell from his family for not being Italian - after ten years she has still not been accepted by his family. It's tough but sometimes stuff like this happens - you know that what you are doing is right and they are just having issues. Good luck.

What are ya'lls ages and were either of you married when this relationship started? Regardless, in time they should get over it. Some people just like to cast stones because their life is so hum drum or they like to play the role as GOD. Hang in there if you love him with your whole heart and he loves you. Family do have a tendency of getting under MY skin even when he's NOT around. LOL

I ran removed from my mothers domicile at 18 because of the fact her kin have been pedos and r*ping me, and he or she replaced into bringing domicile a different guy each night and f*cking him in her room. i think so sorry for you. If I had a valuable mom - i does no longer have had to run away and artwork like a dogs at 18, positioned myself via senior 12 months all by using myself, and then artwork my finished time activity and circulate to uni, all with out help. i desire you get carry of a sturdy plan woman. because of the fact my wager is that youre going to run returned domicile after a month in shame. So what if she doesnt like him? Who cares? only nod and forget approximately approximately her.

I say take them aside ask if you have done something to upset them and for their opinions to change. It is important you do this. This will give you a chance tocorrect any problems prior to marriage. Tell them you seriously want to fix the problem before it gets out of hand.Tell them you want to make things work with your boyfriend and you want to try to fix things for them and for him. This will benifet everyone.

I would write a note to his mom and just spell out what it is that is bothering you and give examples of what they do to make you feel so disliked. Tell her you care about how she feels about you because you love her son. And you have respect for her. Or are you a ***** to them or him to make them not like you???

I'd confront him, not them. It sounds to me like he knows something he's not telling you about this situation, and could be the cause of it for all you know.
