because some women dont have any flat as a pancake, misquito bites look like a ten year old boy , etc..they proberbly feel less feminine and men put so much emphasis on them.

because men can be jerks, and rather demanding of their "significant other" and the way her body is shaped, and I believe it is "titties, not tiddies", but I could be wrong
