any one know how to clean leaf mold spots from a rubber roof on a camp trailer?

Answers for these sort of things tend to include:

Salt

Vinegar

Alcohol (not the kind you drink).

My suggestion when you get it off is you put a layer of protection on the roof (as silly as it sounds) against water and mold (sprays) since you already know this can become a problem again.

try throwing some bleach up there and letting it sit for a little while and taking a hose to rinse it off. might work.
