Hi there, well from a personal angle,I would make enquiries in the local area, before I moved in.If there is any particular reason you need to know if your neighbourhood is a member,I am sure there will be many people who would wish to promote their involvement in this superb organisation, and would gladly inform you at length as to the advantages of being involved.Talk to the locals, also I am sure your local Police station would be more than pleased to update you.Stay safe, and "keep 'em peeled"!!!!!

Look at the windows of the surrounding houses, if they have the orange neighbourhood watch sticker in the windows, you'll know you're safe.

Call your local police office. They should be able to tell you. Also if it is in that area there should be signs posted at regular intervals indicating that area.

I would contact your local police department. If they don't know, then maybe they could at least point you in the right direction.

go up the road about two houses, make lots of noise and break in it. If you don't get caught there's no neighborhood watch.
