Is it PMS or some kind of menopause issue? Maybe you just have the flu?

Menopause? (GASP!) Sorry to even mention it, but not knowing your age, it's hard to say what the problem is. Are you stressed maybe? Sad because of the holidays?? Completely certain you are not (again, gasp) with child?? teehee (: I had cancer and was not supposed to get pregnant (not the same as tubes tied, I understand) but I did. Just saying it could happen...

If the syptoms persist for a couple of weeks, definitely check with your doc. Depression, menopause, whatever it is - shouldn't go untreated. There's no shame in either diagnosis - take care of yourself!

Happy holidays! Best wishes for a speedy recovery with whatever it is!!

I think you're depressed. When you're depressed you cry even if you're not thinking of something in particular. The things you worry about or the things you're sad or angry about are always there in your mind even though you're not thinking about then in a specific moment. That makes you cry without something even happening.

Either depression or maybe a tubal pregnancy, which would still create the hormones that causes mood swings, so I'd get checked if I were you.

You are either hormanal or depressed. You should see your dr. to seek treatment. Diet and exercise play a big factor it this...get yourself to the gym today, you will feel much better afterwards!

you could be going through a bout of depression. until you can see your doctor, take a deep breathe and sip a cup of chamomile tea. when things get bad for me (I've got clinical depression), I make myself remember what I have rather than what I don't.
take care.

depressed. see a physician to get medicated or set up a walking program to get physical active and take your mind off your troubles.
