There is no Beatles song called "Rise. The significance is here, in an article I found:

The Beatles music was sending coded messages!

1968

Charles Manson believed that the Beatles were sending him coded messages in their songs. With the release in 1968 of The White Album, Manson heard the lyrics of the record fit his predictions for Armageddon.

The most significant track on the White Album was "Revolution 9," it took on great significance with Manson, who equated it with Revelation 9 in the Bible. It became to the Manson "family" a prophesy of the impending apocalypse and an justification for their murders. In the song, John and Yoko are singing "right", but Manson interpreted it as "rise".

Other songs on the White Album:
"I Will", urged Manson to record an album so that the Beatles could find him ("sing it loud"). "Honey Pie", begged Manson to come to the Beatles "across the Atlantic", as the were to "lazy" to look for him. Charles Manson thought that the song was a message for him, after all he lived near L.A. "Sexy Sadie", described one of Manson's followers, Susan Atkins, whom he had renamed Sadie Mae Glutz.

He masterminded the murders in an attempt to make the white man think the black man had committed them and start a race war. "Rise" was written in blood at the LaBianca home. It was urging the black man to rise-up against the white man. The Beatles' song "Helter Skelter" is what you are thinking of.

Charles Manson is psychotic. So back to basics: Psychotic people do not make sense most of the time.

The only thing that is significant and real about Charles Manson is the loss of human life directed under his leadership. He murdered people. so if you even want to give anything this guy says significance that is up to you.
